Dear beloved congregation of St. Philopateer,

As previously announced, we have made a few changes to the Holy Week Services to accommodate for even more people to attend. Here are the most important takeaways:

✥ We will pray (1) Good Friday, (2) Bright Saturday and the (3) Feast of Resurrection at:
St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Fairfax
3700 Old Lee Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22030
✥ All other services throughout the week will be prayed at our own St. Philopateer church.
✥ The new spots will be made available on Friday, April 23rd at 9PM on the Church System
✥ Your current reservation is and will remain valid. No changes are required.
✥ These spots are FINAL. No additional spaces will be available.
✥ If you have made a reservation at a different church, and made one again at St. Philopateer, please cancel your other reservations to make space for others to attend.

In addition, we have increased the capacity of Palm Sunday and Covenant Thursday to 150. These services will be prayed at St. Philopateer as normal.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

✥ To be able to make a reservation, you MUST HAVE A VERIFIED ACCOUNT. If you have trouble creating an account, please reach out to Jean-Paul Markos (+1 703 420 0308) BEFORE THURSDAY.
✥ You MUST register to attend any services. Please do not come to church without a reservation. Again, if you need any help, please reach out to Jean-Paul Markos (+1 703 420 0308) ASAP 
✥ For all the services that will be prayed at St. Philopateer: the ushers will seat everyone at church until capacity is reached, after which people will be seated in the social hall. No exceptions will be made. Once the church nave is full, no more people will be seated in it.
✥ During all services at St. Philopateer, the deacons will be limited to ages 12 and up only, and will be allowed on a first come first serve basis. No exceptions will be made.
✥ During the services of Good Friday, Bright Saturday and the Feast of Resurrection which we will pray at St. Leo’s, all ages will be welcome to serve as deacons.
